Terms of service & refund policy
Short, readable, and written before you pay rather than after you complain. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy.
These terms are between you and Daniel Boudjakdji, trading as The Pipeline, Dublin, Ireland. [Add registered business name, address and, if applicable, company/VAT number here.] They're governed by Irish law and the Irish courts. Last updated 29 August 2026.
What you're buying
The Pipeline (individuals): a four-week cohort coaching program — two live group sessions a week, one 1:1 session, a capstone assessment with written feedback, access to the learner portal and its curriculum, and the cohort community. Seats are capped so everyone gets real coaching time.
Team training (companies): a scoped engagement — workshop, embedded coaching or call-review retainer — set out in the written proposal you approve. That proposal, including the metric we agree to measure, forms part of these terms.
What is and isn't guaranteed
We guarantee the coaching: the sessions, the 1:1 time, the feedback and the materials.
We do not guarantee a job, an interview, a salary level, or any revenue outcome. Hiring decisions and deal outcomes belong to third parties. Anything we publish about past results is a description of what has happened before, not a promise about what will happen for you.
Payment
- Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices are in euro. Where VAT applies it is shown at checkout and charged in addition unless stated otherwise.
- On the deposit option, the deposit reserves your seat and the balance falls due within 14 days of you accepting an offer, or 6 months after the cohort ends, whichever comes first.
- For team engagements, invoices are payable within 14 days unless the proposal says otherwise.
- Your seat is only reserved once payment clears.
Refund policy
There are no refunds once your cohort starts.
Seats are capped and taking one means turning someone else away, so the fee is non-refundable from the first day of your cohort — including if you stop attending, drop out, or don't get the outcome you wanted. Please only buy if you're sure.
Your 14-day cooling-off right (EU consumers). If you're buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because the coaching often starts inside that window, at checkout you expressly ask us to begin during the cooling-off period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service is fully performed. If your cohort has not yet started and you're still inside those 14 days, email us and we'll refund you in full.
If we cancel. If we cancel or don't run a cohort, you get a full refund or a seat on the next one — your choice.
Moving cohorts. Life happens. You can move your seat to the next cohort once, free, if you tell us at least 7 days before your cohort starts.
Team engagements. Delivery dates cancelled with more than 14 days' notice can be rescheduled at no cost. Inside 14 days, the day is charged because the time is already blocked. Deposits are non-refundable once the diagnostic has been delivered.
None of this affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including your right to a remedy if the service isn't delivered as described.
Your side of it
- Show up, do the drills, and give the feedback a fair go.
- Your portal login is yours alone. Don't share it, and don't redistribute, resell or publish the curriculum, recordings or materials — they stay our copyright, licensed to you for your own use.
- Sessions may be recorded for coaching purposes. Tell us if you'd rather not appear and we'll work around it.
- What other participants share in a session stays in the session. Same for anything confidential you hear from a client team.
- We can end access without a refund for abusive behaviour, harassment, or sharing paid materials.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, missed opportunities or lost revenue.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you buy. Questions: daniel.boudjakdji@gmail.com.
