How it works

Diagnostic, design, deliver, measure

Four stages, roughly six to eight weeks end to end for a full engagement. Here's what each one involves and what it asks of you.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

    About a week

I listen to recorded calls, look at the pipeline and speak to two or three reps. Often the problem isn't the one you booked me for.

    What you do

Give me call recordings, CRM read access and 30 minutes with each rep.

  2. 02

    Design

    3-5 days

You get a written proposal: which modules, in what order, what we're trying to move, and how we'll know whether it worked.

    What you do

Agree the metric and the calendar. Nothing is booked before you've seen the number.

  3. 03

    Deliver

    1 day to 6 weeks

Sessions are 30% teaching, 70% drilling on your real accounts. Nobody leaves a session without doing reps out loud.

    What you do

Protect the time in the calendar and have managers in the room.

  4. 04

    Measure

    30 and 90 days

We review the metric we agreed — reply rate, meeting-to-opp, win rate, cycle length — and decide whether anything else is needed.

    What you do

Share the data. If it didn't move, we say so.

How I work

Four rules I don't bend

Diagnostic before content

I won't quote a programme off a phone call. The problem you describe and the problem the calls show are different about half the time.

70% drilling, 30% teaching

Nobody improves by being talked at. Sessions are built around reps out loud, on your real accounts, with feedback in the room.

Managers in the room

Training that only lands with reps decays in six weeks. Your managers get the scoring rubric and the coaching cadence too.

One metric, agreed up front

Reply rate, meeting-to-opportunity, win rate or cycle length — we pick one before we start and review it honestly at 30 and 90 days.

Start with the diagnostic.

It's the cheapest part and the one that decides everything else. If training isn't the right fix, you'll hear that instead of a proposal.
