Who else touches it
We use a small number of processors. Each only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them may use your data for their own purposes.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — Hosting, database and authentication for this site.
- Resend — Sends the confirmation and notification emails triggered by your submission.
- Stripe — Processes card payments. Card details go to Stripe directly — we never see or store them.
Where a processor stores data outside the EEA, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, applications and bookings that don't become a client: 24 months, then deleted.
- Learner accounts and progress: for the life of your account, plus 12 months.
- Payment and invoicing records: 6 years, because Irish tax law requires it.
- Email capture: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Cookies and consent
Strictly necessary (always on). The learner portal stores a login session in your browser so you stay signed in, we remember whether you were browsing the individual or team side of the site, and we store your cookie choice itself. These are required for features you asked for, so no consent is needed for them.
Analytics and marketing (off by default). Nothing analytics- or marketing-related loads until you opt in through the consent banner. If you accept, anonymised page-view data helps us see which pages are useful; if you reject, no such scripts, cookies or identifiers are set at all.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link, also available in the footer of every page.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and get it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Email daniel.boudjakdji@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
