Klosrr · from “closer”

Get closer to the job.
Or closer to the number.

Klosrr is sales coaching that does two things. It gets people hired into tech sales, and it gets startup teams selling properly. I'm Daniel — I've built and led SDR teams at Google, Salesforce, Vonage and Rippling, and I still hire.

Your journey, tracked like a deal. That's the whole idea.

Two ways in

Pick the side you're on.

Same coach, same drilling, two completely different problems. Everything below is laid out identically so you can decide in about twenty seconds.

For me

Get closer to the job

Who it's for

Graduates and career-changers who want an SDR job in tech — not another certificate.

The problem

You're applying and hearing nothing back, or you get the interview and freeze on the role-play.

What you get

  • 4 weeks live, capped at 12 seats
  • Cold calling, discovery and objections, drilled until they're automatic
  • Your CV, LinkedIn and interview story rebuilt with a hiring manager
  • Recorded role-plays scored by me, not a peer

What it costs

Pay in full, or start with a deposit and pay the balance once you land the role

Dates confirmed on application · Capped at 12 seats

For my team

Get closer to the number

Who it's for

Founders, first sales hires and startup teams who have a target and no repeatable motion.

The problem

Everyone's busy, the pipeline is thin between quarters, and the forecast is a guess.

What you get

  • A diagnostic first — call reviews and pipeline inspection before anything is sold
  • Modules built on your product, your buyers, your live accounts
  • A written playbook your team runs on Monday
  • One agreed metric, reviewed at 30 and 90 days

What it costs

A fixed fee, quoted in writing after the diagnostic — nothing is booked before you approve it

Diagnostic is free for teams of five or more · reply within one working day

Or browse the six modules

How it works

Both paths start the same way: a call.

Nothing is sold on that call. It exists so neither of us wastes a month finding out this was the wrong fit.

For me

  1. 01

    Free intro call

We check it's the right move and the right time. If it isn't, I say so.

  2. 02

    Apply and claim a seat

Two minutes. Twelve seats per cohort, reviewed personally.

  3. 03

    Four weeks of drilling

Two live sessions a week, a 1:1, and role-plays scored on the spot.

  4. 04

    Interview like a closer

You walk into the process with a script, a story and reps behind you.

For my team

  1. 01

    Free intro call

What the number is, what's missing, and whether training is even the fix.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic week

Call reviews and pipeline inspection. You get the real bottleneck in writing.

  3. 03

    Drill the team

Workshop or six weeks embedded — always on your own live accounts.

  4. 04

    Measure at 30 and 90

One metric agreed up front. Managers keep the rubric when I leave.

A short call, no pitch, either side.

Before you ask

The four things people hesitate over.

Answered here so you don't have to book a call just to find out.

For me

What does it cost?

You get the figure on the call, along with an honest read on whether it's worth it for you. Entry-level tech sales roles in Europe start around €45k on-target, so the real question is how many months you'd spend applying without help. If the call says you'd get hired anyway, I'll tell you to save your money.

For me

Will I actually get hired?

Nobody honest guarantees a job — it depends on your market and your work rate. What I guarantee is that you'll interview prepared for the job that exists, by someone who still runs the hiring process on the other side of the table.

For my team

How much selling time does this cost my team?

A workshop is one half-day. Embedded coaching is under three hours a week per rep — and it's drilled on their own live pipeline, so they're working accounts while they train, not doing exercises about a fictional company.

For my team

What if training isn't the real fix?

Then you get that instead of a proposal. Sometimes it's targeting, pricing or a product gap, and no amount of drilling helps. Saying so costs me an engagement and saves you a quarter.

A short call. If neither the bootcamp nor team training is the right answer for you, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
